Once a quarter, Rising Nature Retreats gathers together in community to practice yoga, breath work, meditation and enjoy sound healing. After class, you will get to know yourself deeper through journaling & each other through our RnR Signature Integration Guided Discussion - hosted in the Zen Garden at sunset.

This Signature "Mini" Retreat is an amazing opportunity to connect with yourself, with like-minded people in the community, with local brands & with nature around you.

This Mini Retreat is extra special because we will be hosting a Mini Market in the lead up to the holidays, so you can support local brands and business and shop small.
