Working from home has offered many of us flexibility in our schedules - but not our bodies! We find ourselves moving less, taking fewer steps, and working longer hours - resulting in new found pains!

And while some of us may be back in the office, most of us are unlikely to return to the office five days/week.

Yes, we should schedule breaks to get up and move! Sometimes that is easier said than done. What are some other life hacks we can use to feel great again?
