Stephanie Midler is a wealth manager with more than 25 years of experience helping clients design lives of meaning, purpose and financial resilience. She specializes in transition planning, guiding families through the major inflection points, including retirement, exiting their business, special needs planning, and building lasting legacies. As a lifestyle concierge for her clients, Stephanie seeks to translate personal goals into intentional financial strategies and prioritizes memories over material accumulation. That starts with listening for what clients don’t say directly. Behind every portfolio decision is a family story, and reading those dynamics, not just the numbers, is what shapes the strategies she builds.
Stephanie holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, Certified Investment Management Analyst, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor designations. She spent time at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Wells Fargo Advisors before co-founding MGR Wealth Management and has been named to Forbes’ “Best-in State Top Women Wealth Advisors” list from 2024-2026.
Beyond the office, Stephanie serves on the boards of the Jacobson Jewish Community Foundation, the Adolph and Rose Levis JCC, and proudly participates on committee that advocate for the special needs community and inclusion. A native Floridian, she lives in Boca Raton with her wife, Michele and their twins.
