Leaders across South Florida are being asked to take on more scope with the same team. Most were never prepared for it, and Lisa has watched it from both sides.

Lisa Rigoli spent over 15 years in corporate HR at Target and DaVita. In 2022, her market was dissolved in a restructure. Eight states, 5,000 employees, and 50 leaders were told they had three months to find another role. Lisa was one of the 50. She was also the one asked to build the transition playbook, which meant running the process that decided her own outcome. Working alongside the executive recruiter, she helped 42 of the 50 leaders land new roles within the organization and stayed with the others until they were through the transition.

That experience is why Lisa stopped building Element of Change on the side and made it her primary business. Today, Element of Change is a team of 30+ coaches and consultants who have sat in the seats they now coach, working with health systems, health plans, national retail, hospitality, and nonprofits.

Lisa and her team build the skills that determine whether someone can carry more: reading a room, working with people who don't report to you, building the business case, and getting the approval.

They don't create dependency. They transfer capability.
